The 11th grade students organized a “FIESTON” for children of limited resources as part of the CAS subject for the IB Diploma Programme.
The activity involved Middle and High School students, as well as volunteers in general. The organization of the event took 2 months, during which time various activities were held to raise funds in order to buy candy, piñatas, food, toys and many other surprises.
All this effort was made with the aim of giving a smile to the children from the Florentino Hernández school, from the “La Selva” community and from the Salvation Army Children’s Home.
The students received great satisfaction in having achieved their goal while experiencing values as human beings.
We greatly appreciate the use of the installations at the Papagayo Interactive Museum and for your donations, all of which made a child happy.
Congratulations young people for this great work.
