MIDDLE SCHOOL

MIDDLE YEARS PROGRAMME (MYP) OF THE INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE

COMPETENCIES IN THE STUDENT

A student´s academic formation in Middle School is based on skills development, encouraging them to be an active player in their own learning, helping them to be autonomous and developing their critical thinking, all of which prepares them to face the challenges of today´s world.

We use contextualized learning, so that it has meaning and application in the daily life of our students, making their acquired knowledge authentic, lasting and useful for the community.

The classrooms are learning environments that promote the development of various subjects, through the acquisition of learning skills.

Classrooms in Middle School are equipped with interactive projectors that, through educational platforms, support the construction of learning in an interactive way.

Students have autonomy in the use of the internet administered throughout the school grounds so that they may go online at the request of any teacher at any moment.
